Himarë beaches are easiest to plan by parking and access. Himarë town has paid lots near the Spile promenade; Gjipe needs a roughly 200 ALL trailhead lot plus a 2.5 km hike or a 4x4; while Livadhi, Jale, Porto Palermo and Borsh are straightforward with a rental car. Every Albanian beach is public by law, so the waterline is free even where sunbeds cost 1,000-2,000 ALL. Drive south for Qeparo old stone village and Borsh 7 km beach, and arrive early in July and August when coastal lots on SH8 fill fast.
